Policy

At MANO Barber’s Lounge, we understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We aim to accommodate our client’s needs while ensuring that our barbers’ time is respected. Please read through our cancellation and rescheduling policy carefully.

  1. Rescheduling/Cancellation Time: Clients can reschedule or cancel their appointments without any penalty up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to manage our schedules and give the slot to another client if necessary.
  2. How to Cancel or Reschedule: You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by logging into your account on our website or app, or by calling us directly at our lounge. Please ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation or new appointment time.
  3. Late Cancellations: Any appointment that is canceled less than 2 hours before the scheduled time will be considered a late cancellation. Due to the short notice, we may not be able to fill the appointment slot, and therefore we reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee.
  4. No Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without canceling or rescheduling, this will be considered a ‘No Show’. As with late cancellations, we reserve the right to charge a fee for No Shows to compensate our barbers for their time.
  5. Repeated Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If a client repeatedly cancels late or misses their appointments without notification, we reserve the right to request prepayment for future services or may choose not to offer services to the client in the future.
